Deposit
Generally, a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the pension is paid with the chosen treatment and agreed period and in any case never less than one day of accommodation. The deposit, which has a confirmatory nature for the hotelier, has instead a penitential value for the customer in the sense that if he cancels the contract up to 3 days before the start of the stay, he is entitled to a refund of the deposit paid; if the cancellation occurs later it involves the loss of the deposit paid.
Common start and end of the pension (Check-in / Check-out)
Without prejudice to various agreements, the room is made available to the customer from 14.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
Customer no-show on set date (No-show)
Only in the case of the existence of a documented proof (deposit or letter) the hotelier, in case of non-arrival of the client on the fixed date, has the duty to keep the accommodation until 12.00 on the day following that of the expected arrival .
Early departure of the customer or late arrival
Without prejudice to any agreements between the parties, derogations to what is set out below, in the case of late arrival or early departure of the client, not due to the contractual breach of the hotelier, the latter is entitled to the consideration of the room only for the entire agreed period and not used (in this case the room remains available to the customer). The hotelier is entitled to use the room with the obligation to return the amount corresponding to the period of use to the original client.
